Welcome to Bella Dunes, your tropical home away from home!
What started as a dream in the late eighties is now a reality. Here you can be comfortable lounging by the pool in your bathing suits during the day and host a five-star event in the evening.
Only the finest materials and finishes were used to create this island paradise.
A private entrance opens to over two acres of oceanfront property. Bella Dunes is a luxury home with three spacious bedrooms and a study/den suitable for additional guests. We can comfortably sleep up to 9. We offer all the amenites of home including 3 full bathrooms stocked with some personal items, i.e., shampoo, conditioner, soap, blow dryer, etc.
There is a full kitchen with a pantry stocked with the basics and over 2,800sf of indoor living space.
Outside is where the real fun begins!
The two private bedroom terraces offer stunning views while enjoying your morning coffee. The kitchen terrace provides the perfect space to enjoy your breakfast, and the living room terrace and comfy lounge furniture provide an oasis for your afternoon nap!
Open the living room doors and explore the multi-level 3,000sf private pool area complete with an outdoor grill and half bath. Sip a cocktail under the umbrella of one of the poolside tables. There is ample furniture and seating areas to host both large and small gatherings. A short walk over our sand dune leads you to the crystal clear Atlantic where the ocean temperatures hover near 80 degrees year round.
Walk about a half mile east down the beach to Playa Jobos to take a dip or visit one of the several bars and restaurants where you can experience some of the islands best food and cocktails. Be sure to get home in time to head up to our spacious rooftop balcony to watch the sunset over the Atlantic.
